Application Instructions for Conversion Coat Phosphatizer PW
Custom Coaters Phosphatizer PW has been formulated with a “tell tale” visual aid. A foaming agent has been added to the chemical to inform the user that the product has been applied.
When using Phosphatizer PW simply pour the chemical into your pressure washer’s on-board tank or by using a siphon hose.
The use of an adjustable foaming nozzle is recommended but not necessary. If an adjustable nozzle is being used, spray the product and adjust the nozzle until you start to see foam being applied to the part you are coating. If a non-adjustable nozzle is being used then you must determine the amount of product that is be applied since all manufactures sprayers are different and the approximate ratio being used is 10:1
Spraying in a side to side motion, ensure that the part is being coated by the light foam to remain for 2 to 5 minutes (time varies due to the parts material and density). The longer the part is allowed to soak, the darker it will become.
Rinse the phosphatizer with water and blow or wipe the part dry removing any residual water.
To ensure that the product has been applied correctly you will see a blue-green/blue-gold “rainbow” finish to your part.

CAUTIONS:
Wear rubber gloves when handling this product. Do not mix with beach, clorine, sanatizing agents or any oxidizing agents.
DANGER:
Contains Phosphoric Acid. Harmful if swallowed. Protect mucus membranes, eyes and skin from this product and solutions of it.
CAN CAUSE BURNS.
FIRST AID:
Eyes and Skin: Flush with running water for at least 15 minutes.
Inhalation: Remove affected person to fresh air.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting , Do not give carbonites or bi-carbonites, immediately drink a large quantity of milk, milk of magnesia or raw eggs. If these are not available then follow with olive, vegetable or mineral oil.
GET MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY.
