Application Instructions for Liqui-Blast   

 Liqui-Blast is a highly concentrated blend of acids and degreasers designed to clean and remove oxides from metal surfaces and was designed to provide a chemical alternative to traditional sand blasting as well as etching metal surfaces.  Liqui-Blast readily adheres to vertical surfaces making it ideal for the cleaning of trailers, cleaning/etching aluminum parts, aircraft and similar surfaces.   

 For dip tanks, a dilution of 10 to 15:1 (10 parts water to 1 part product) is sufficiant.  Optimum temperature of the mixture is 120° F and not to exceed 150° F due to evaporation. Imurse the part into the mixture and allow it to soak for 5 to 10 minutes (time varies depending on the material its density and level of soil or rust).  During this time, cleaning and etching has taken place. Follow with a rinse and either blow dry, or wipe the part dry removing any residual water. When using on aluminum parts it is common for the carbon (black substance) to become visible, simply clean the part in degreaser and wash away.

For spray on applications, Simply pour the chemical into your pressure washer’s on-board tank or by using a siphon hose.    Spraying in a side to side motion, working from the bottom up, ensure that the part is being saturated for 2 to 5 minutes and not allowed to dry. Rinse away with water.

Caution:
Do not get in eyes or on skin. In case of contact, was with soap and water.  In case of eye contact, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention. If taken internally, induce vomiting. Avoid contact with windshields and other glass surfaces.
