"This winter we had a drop in temperature over night, it went down to 17 deg. The next morning I had some work I needed to get out. I have no heat in my shop. When I went to the dip tank there was a 1/2 inch deep layer of ice on top of the phosphatizer. I picked up a 4x4 inch plate I had planned to use for a paint sample and broke the ice layer. I left it standing in the liquid and tried to do some work. About 30 minutes later I was too cold to work and decided to shut it down for the day. I remembered the plate and took it out of the phosphatizer. Looking at the plate there was no question that the phosphatizer had done it's job. When the temp came up to a comfortable level I used the plate to make my test sample. This is a great product you have and you can count on me to keep using it."
